During my internship at the Guggenheim Museum, I worked to increase participation in museum events and public programs through designing and posting “This Week” Instagram stories and “Live this Week” email newsletters, highlighting current offerings and collaborations with influencers. I used Salesforce and Adobe InDesign to create compelling content for our Instagram and email campaigns, and moderated email inboxes and online reviews using ReviewTrackers to ensure a consistent and engaging digital presence. I also conducted a competitive landscape review centering racial and socioeconomic inclusivity in the museum industry, pitching a development strategy to the Marketing and Public Programs Team to broaden the museum’s service to New Yorkers from under-represented communities.
